Using Allulose powder as the base and adding our natural Molasses flavoring, we have made a low-calorie brown sugar substitute.  It looks like light brown sugar, smells like brown sugar, and tastes like brown sugar. We have added some very subtle buttery notes to add to the complexity of flavor. Having Allulose as the base it browns and cooks like natural brown sugar. Yet it has only a fraction of the calories and does not spike blood sugar.
