We developed a thicker allulose syrup which tastes and cooks like molasses. It lacks the sulfur flavor or a black strap molasses but retains the color and taste of natural molasses. However, while it retains the characteristic molasses flavor it eliminates the calories and the blood sugar / glycemic impact. It is a true low sugar ingredient for your cookies, BBQ sauces, bars and other products that can benefit from the flavor or molasses.  We have designed it to contain notes of a butter flavor to compliment your baking.
